We provide FIFO and/or LIFO management of your stocks, respecting the nature and DLUO of your products. Our high-performance equipment and the experience of our team ensure that your storage is optimised and adapted to your needs.
1 – CONTROLS AND IDENTIFICATION
The products are systematically checked and labelled before being put into stock, we use barcode labels in accordance with the latest EAN standards. All data is recorded in real time, thanks to our radio frequency terminals, to ensure optimal traceability.
The DLUOs are also identified on each batch of goods and comply with the regulations in force.
You can consult the status of your stocks at any time by logging on to your 100% secure area.
2 – ADDRESSING AND STOCKING
Your entire stock is addressed electronically, which makes it easier to manage.
Each location is optimised, as your goods are checked and re-palletised if necessary before storage.
Each operation is tracked by computer in order to ensure a complete history of each movement.
3 – FIFO OR LIFO MANAGEMENT
In order to guarantee the proper management of your stock, to meet your specifications and to comply with the regulations in force, we can provide FIFO or LIFO management of your products.
This batch management ensures the optimisation of your DLUOs and considerably limits the obsolescence of your products as well as the risk of dormant stocks.
4 – RESTOCKING AND PICKING
We take care of the entire management of your outgoing stock, for your replenishment and picking operations.
The availability of your goods is facilitated by our dedicated IT system.
Our flexible planning can be supported by an EDI system of your choice.
On your request, we will provide you with a feasibility and cost study adapted to your needs and budget.
5 – INVENTORY / INTRANET
We carry out your revolving and annual inventories, according to your specifications and as soon as possible.
Our organisation and our know-how guarantee you reliable inventories without blocking your activity.
Any discrepancies that may be identified are easily justifiable thanks to our traceability, so we guarantee perfect control of your costs.
At any time, you can consult the state of your stocks by logging on to your 100% secure space.
6 – AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
